Dr. James Dodson is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience. With degrees from Baylor University and FIT and an internship at Vanderbilt University, Dr. Dodson uses evidence-based approaches when addressing behavioral health issues.
Using a problem-focused approach based with cognitive behavioral therapies, Dr. Dodson strives to combine common sense with personal sensitivity to any clinical issue. When not leading CBH, Dr. Dodson enjoys spending time working on the holodeck developing Kobayashi Maru simulations at Starfleet Academy.
Dr. Dodson has worked in a variety of areas including bariatrics, geriatrics, sleep medicine, pharmaceutical research, cognitive testing, health psychology, and general psychotherapy. Christian values serve as the foundation for all his clinical work.
